Lenses Reminder Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this notice covers

Lenses Reminder is an Android application operated by Oleksandr Tokariev ("we", "us"). This notice explains what personal data the app involves, why, and what rights you have. Contact us at alexdeveloper909@gmail.com.

The app is a personal reminder and tracking utility. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no server of ours that stores your records. It is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age that applies where you live.

Information that stays on your device

Your lens profile, wear sessions, reminder times, and app settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We do not receive, transmit, or store a copy of them, and we cannot read them.

  • This data is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
  • If you have enabled a device or cloud backup provided by your operating system or device manufacturer, that backup may include app data. Such backups are controlled by you and by that provider, not by us.

Subscription information

The app is offered as a paid subscription with a free trial. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Google, not us, handles your payment method: we never receive or store card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.

To tell the app whether your subscription is active, we use a subscription-management provider (RevenueCat). It processes a randomly generated app-user identifier that is not derived from your name, email, or device identity, together with store purchase and transaction identifiers, subscription and trial status, renewal and expiry dates, store country, app version, and the platform and device type reported by the store.

This information tells us whether an anonymous installation may use the app. It does not identify you to us by name, and we do not attempt to combine it with any other source to do so.

What we do not do

The app contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers, no third-party tracking or profiling, and no session recording. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, files, or health records, and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.

Aggregated, non-identifying installation and crash statistics may be made available to us by the app store in accordance with your device settings. We cannot link those statistics to an individual user.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Subscription information is processed to perform the contract you enter into when you subscribe, and to provide the service described in the Terms of Use.

A limited amount of information is processed for our legitimate interests in keeping the service reliable and secure and in preventing fraudulent or abusive purchases. Where the law requires us to keep transaction records, that processing meets a legal obligation.

We do not rely on consent for the processing described above, and reading this notice is not consent to any optional processing.

Providers and international transfers

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own service:

  • Google Play — distribution, payment processing, and subscription management for purchases made through the store.
  • RevenueCat — subscription-status management for the anonymous identifier described above.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting of these public pages. Standard content-delivery request logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page) may be processed to deliver and secure the site.

Transfers outside your country

Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred, it is covered by the safeguards those providers make available, such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved transfer mechanism.

How long information is kept

Data on your device stays there until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.

  • Subscription records are kept while the subscription or trial is active and afterwards for as long as needed to support renewals, restores, refunds, and disputes.
  • Records of purchases are kept where accounting, tax, or consumer-protection law requires it, for the period that law sets.
  • Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as needed to answer it and for a limited period afterwards for the purpose of handling any follow-up.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you have given.

Because your app data is held only on your device, you can exercise deletion for it directly by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. For subscription information, contact us at alexdeveloper909@gmail.com and we will act on your request, including by passing it to the providers listed above where they hold the data.

You may also complain to the data-protection or privacy authority in your country. We may ask for information needed to locate the relevant record, such as your store order number, but we will never ask for your password or payment details.

Security

App data is held in the app's private, sandboxed storage provided by the operating system. Traffic to our providers and to these pages uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we keep the amount of personal data involved deliberately small.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes materially, we will publish the updated version with a new effective date, and previous versions remain available at their versioned links. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect means the updated notice applies.
